Very affordable, lovely frames!

Very affordable and lovely frames, and very light and durable lenses. The prices are awesome, and the quality is great for the price. The only issue is that I'd prefer returns or cancellations to be a bit more streamlined as far as contact goes (no need to email, or talk with anyone about my order), especially if the order is still being made, but I understand that's a non-issue for most people. I just have a lot of anxiety about talking to customer support or emailing about issues, though I understand others may have this self-issue as well (which is why I typed it out here).
